Programmable microcomputer PID control technology
● Integrated LCD dot matrix large-screen LCD display with Chinese and English switching display, all parameters are displayed at a glance.
● Humanized design, comprehensive display of customer's required status display: temperature, humidity, cycle, segment number, running time, running stop.
●Adaptive PID program control, precise control of temperature and humidity, prevent temperature overshoot, keeping the temperature in the chamber even and constant.
●User password control with built-in multi-functional memory menu. Meanwhile, it can be connected with multiple (up to 16) devices at the same time through the standard RS485 interface for real-time monitoring.
● Programmable multi-segment control to meet customer's selection needs, up to 30-segment temperature and humidity control range design; wide time setting: 0~99 hours, 0~9999 minutes, the program can be executed automatically in a cycle.
● All setting operations are prompted with confirmation sound, easy to operate.

Humidification system
● Humidification system to get rid of the traditional design on the use of an atomized humidifier to produce uneven humidification, and unstable drawbacks.

● Original imported industrial grade PT100 temperature sensor, with fast response time for a step change in temperature and small effect of self-heating temperature.
● Original imported humidity sensor with quality assurance of aerospace material, which does not require any maintenance and achieves absolutely accurate humidity control level.
● Original imported infrared CO2 concentration sensor with automatic temperature compensation, allowing long-term use in high humidity (greater than 98%) environment, high measurement accuracy, small drift, so that the CO2 concentration can be quickly recovered, etc.
Professional light system (PQH-CR equipped)
● The inner cavity is equipped with a professional lighting system that simulates natural light during the day and night to meet specific lighting conditions.
●The system compensates effectively according to the heat generated by light through a precise control system to ensure constant temperature.
●Using three-dimensional light source, the lighting is evenly distributed, and the mirror stainless steel inside the cavity is used as reflective material to make the lighting better, while the light level is graded and adjustable.
●Optimized lighting system, the lamp and the liner are effectively insulated by double glass and equipped with ventilation holes for heat dissipation.
Modern manufacturing processes
●The sheet metal parts of this product are laser cut and CNC bending, the cold-rolled plate is acidified and rust-proofed by three courses, and the surface electrostatic spraying coating makes the product more visually appealing.
